Directions for trouble shooting your Outlook Express

 

Step 1: Open your Outlook Express

 

 

 

Step 2: If you have an error pop up then click the "Hide" button.

 

 

 

 

Step 3: At the top click  "Tools" then click"Accounts".

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Make sure you click the "Mail" tab at the top of the little screen.  Then click the "Properties" button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Click the "Servers" Tab at the top.

On this screen is where the changes need to be made.

Change incoming mail (POP3) to: mail.jelm.net

Change outgoing mail (POP3) to: mail.jelm.net

.

Add the @jelm.net to the end of your e-mail.

Click "OK"

Then click the "Close" button at the bottom of the little screen

You are done!
